Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contract Regulations; you are entitled to cancel an order from the moment you place your order and this ends 14 days from the day you receive it You will get a refund within 14 days of us getting the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner. To arrange a return do this by contacting us by email, quoting the order number and date of the original invoice. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or incorrectly described. This does not apply to goods which have been specially ordered or manufactured and are supplied correctly.
